how to digital bake sale

From February 19th to February 26th, we invite the Williamsburg Northside community, your family, and friends to participate in the WNS Digital Bake Sale! All proceeds will help raise money for the scholarship fund and the WNS PA. We are excited to announce that the Middle School is leading this effort!

When an item is "purchased," an automatic digital download of your recipe will be sent to the lucky recipient. A printed cookbook will also be published and available for purchase after the bake sale!

Here is what you need to do to enter

Choose your favorite recipe / No restrictions! You can share a baked good, entree, appetizer, or dessert!
Take a picture of yourself baking or cooking, and a photo of the finished item.
Enter your recipe details in the template.
Upload your photos and recipe.
Upload a black and white drawing for the cookbook (optional)
Have your parents submit a recipe, too!
Tell your friends and family that they can support your school by “buying” your item or the cookbook!

why participate?

Because you love to cook while helping to raise money for scholarships; the advisory that raises the most money will win Owl Shop swag and a special gift for the Advisor!

After the bake sale, we will celebrate with a Middle School Netflix Party on February 26th.

how to submit Photos + art

Photos should be square format and named like this:
yourname-youritem-photo.jpg (photo of yourself cooking, optional)
yourname-youritem-item.jpg (photo of your baked or cooked item)
yourname-youritem-drawing.jpg (drawing to include in cookbook, optional)

how to submit your recipe

Download this template and enter your recipe information. No need to get fancy with the design. It will all be reformatted so that it looks consistent in the cookbook. You can copy and paste from a website or enter the recipe yourself.
